How far in advance should I book choreography for a special event like a wedding or birthday surprise?
We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance for significant events like wedding dances to allow ample time for personalized lessons and refinement. For simpler routines or pop song learning, 2-3 weeks might suffice.
Do I need prior ballet experience or a high fitness level for Fitness Ballet/Body Fit classes?
Not at all! These classes are designed for all adults, regardless of prior ballet experience or current fitness level. Movements are adaptable, focusing on building strength, flexibility, and body awareness at your own pace in a supportive environment.
What should I wear and bring to a Fitness Ballet/Body Fit class?
Please wear comfortable workout clothes that allow for free movement, such as leggings or shorts and a t-shirt. You can dance in socks, ballet slippers, or bare feet. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated!
